Standard Delivery: Items are delivered to the first dry area outside your home—typically curbside, driveway, porch, or first step at your threshold.

Upgraded Delivery: Select products may be eligible for “Room of Choice” and assembly service. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery (no returns after this period). To submit a request visit our contact center.

Covered at No Cost - transit damage or manufacturer defects (photos required) — choose refund or replacement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee - 20% applies for reasons such as:

-Color, size, or comfort dissatisfaction

-Missed delivery appointment or rejection without visible damage

-Assembly issues or change of mind

Return Process

Freight Orders: We arrange carrier return pickup and provide you with instructions; product must remain in original condition with all parts.

Parcel Orders: Prepaid label provided; drop off at carrier location.
