We ship most items free across the continental U.S. Small pieces arrive via ground service, while larger furniture ships via trusted freight carriers.
Freight & Scheduling
Freight deliveries require an appointment and signature. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a date and time that works best for you.
Important Delivery Information:
- Drop-Off Location: Standard delivery is to the "first dry area" (porch, garage, or driveway). Moving items inside is the customer’s responsibility unless White Glove service is selected.
- Measure Your Space: Please ensure all doorways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate your item. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions may incur return fees.
- Peace of Mind: All shipments are fully insured against damage and include tracking information.
