We offer FREE standard home delivery on most items across the continental U.S. For smaller furniture pieces, we ship via major ground parcel services. For larger items, we partner with trusted freight carriers who specialize in handling and delivering furniture with care.
Freight deliveries typically require an appointment and an adult signature upon arrival. The carrier will contact you directly so you can choose a delivery date and time that works best for you.
Standard delivery includes drop-off at the front door of your building or home. For select items, room-of-choice delivery and assembly services are available.
Important Delivery Information:

For outside drop-off deliveries, the carrier will leave the pallet or packaged furniture at the first dry area (driveway, porch, or garage entrance). Moving the furniture inside is the responsibility of the customer.

For room-of-choice and white glove assembly deliveries, the homeowner is responsible for ensuring that doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators are large enough to accommodate the item(s).

If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access, we are not responsible for failed delivery. Any carrier-accrued costs and applicable return fees may be charged to the customer.
Once your order is processed for shipment, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Shipping charges are non-refundable once delivery is completed. Every shipment includes insurance to protect your purchase in the rare event of in-transit damage.
