Shipping & delivery
We ship most items free across the continental U.S. Small pieces arrive via standard ground service, while larger furniture ships via trusted freight carriers to ensure it arrives safely.
The delivery journey
Important delivery information
Freight deliveries require an appointment and signature. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a date and time that works best for you.
Standard delivery is to the first dry area (porch, garage, or driveway). Moving items inside is the customer's responsibility unless White Glove service is selected.
Please ensure all doorways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate your item. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions may incur return fees.
All shipments are fully insured against transit damage and include end-to-end tracking information for your convenience.
