Freight deliveries require an appointment and signature. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a date and time that works best for you.
Important delivery information
Drop-off location
Standard delivery is to the first dry area (porch, garage, or driveway). Moving items inside is the customer's responsibility unless White Glove service is selected.
Measure your space
Please ensure all doorways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate your item. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions may incur return fees.
