Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The process and any applicable fees depend on the reason for the return — details are below.

Damage & defects

Transit damage and manufacturer defects are covered at no cost. Photos of the issue are required when submitting a claim. Once reviewed and approved, the order can be refunded in full or replaced — partial or full — at no charge.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable on all returns.

Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns for reasons unrelated to damage or defect, including:

  • Dissatisfaction with color, size, or comfort
  • Missing a delivery appointment
  • Rejecting the item without visible external packaging damage
  • Assembly difficulties or change of mind

The fee covers handling, inspection, and loss in product value. If the order was financed through a lease-to-own provider, the restocking fee must be paid before return pickup is scheduled.

Non-returnable items

  • Mattresses and bedding
  • Floor samples, closeouts, and open-box items
  • Used furniture or items with missing parts, stains, or signs of misuse

Return process

Freight orders — Once approved, we'll arrange pickup with a freight carrier. The carrier contacts you to schedule a pickup appointment. Keep the item in original condition with all parts intact.

Parcel orders — A prepaid return label is provided. Drop the package at your local carrier location.
