Return policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Visit our contact center to submit a request. We cover transit damage and manufacturer defects at no cost (photos required)—choose a refund or replacement. Original shipping is non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies for color, size, or comfort preferences, missed appointments, assembly issues, or change of mind. Mattresses, bedding, floor samples, closeouts, and outlet items are non-returnable, as are used, incomplete, or damaged products. For freight orders, we'll arrange pickup and provide instructions.
