Your order ships within 2–5 business days, and we'll send tracking once it leaves our warehouse. Large furniture arrives by freight (appointment and adult signature required), while smaller items ship via standard couriers. Standard delivery brings your furniture to the first dry area outside your home—like your curb, driveway, or porch. Some products qualify for upgraded delivery with room placement and assembly, which you'll see at checkout if available. Please measure your space carefully before ordering to avoid failed delivery fees.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Visit our contact center to submit a request. We cover transit damage and manufacturer defects at no cost (photos required)—choose a refund or replacement. Original shipping is non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies for color, size, or comfort preferences, missed appointments, assembly issues, or change of mind. Mattresses, bedding, floor samples, closeouts, and outlet items are non-returnable, as are used, incomplete, or damaged products. For freight orders, we'll arrange pickup and provide instructions. For parcel orders, we'll send a prepaid return label for carrier drop-off
